Newton as a mere mortal may have his flaws which can sometimes expose him to criticisms like you guys are doing. But I always prefer constructive criticism to destructive one. Don’t attack personality when criticizing your leaders because Karma is real.

Perhaps what he has done so far that you’re not recognizing and calling him incompetent is what some of you cannot even think of when given the opportunity.

Probably some of you has never tasted a bigger portfolio and the responsibility that comes with it like this before. Be gentle on the gentleman. If you have genuine concerns put them in a context so that we readers can learn, but attacking yourselves is never an option.

You can criticize your leaders but do it in a morally justifiable environment so that you don’t present a beautiful concern soiled with nasty language. Respect is reciprocal. Disrespecting some is a good way of disrespecting your own self too.

But you don’t approach issues provocatively first and turn around to claim victim. But leaders must open doors for criticism. It pushes a good leader to do more if he remains focused.
A bad leader will lose focus and fail by seeing all complains as those against him.

Then you leave it as it is. The success of their administration will not be counted for you.
The last time I checked, The SRC is doing a well than School management itself .

I divided power into three phases after studying leaders over the years.

  1. Looking for power
  2. Having power
  3. Using power

They are 3 different things altogether.
What I am saying is that don’t allow someone’s attitude make you a bad person in the sight of the public. Brotherly advice though.

I am however hopeful that things will change some day.
