SDD-UBIDS:THE VISION IS FOR THE APPOINTED TIME–KHADI

At a meeting today, Khadi recounted how a leader should react on situations and issues at hand. She started by saying this African proverb “All roads lead to Rome” she further took a minute to explained the proverb by saying a leader have many ways to reach or achieve his/her objectives.

A leader needs a qualified qualities before she can legitimately recognize as a leader in every institutions.

She then added that a leader needs to prioritize disciplinary-vision at appointed time.She said ” a leader who leads up garden path” if someone leads you to the garden path, they deceived you by making you believe something which is not true.

She then, describe how to catch-up those people when they are speaking.

She indicate that, check their body language,asked them neutral question, listen to their tones, cadence and sentence structure, watch for when they are finish talking about themselves.She said this will help you to spot out a lair leader. KHADI FOR SRC PRESIDENT
