
Green Ghana is a initiative the President of Ghana Nana Akufo Addo set to redevelop the land by planning plant to support and beautifying the environment and the country. Green Day has targeted to plant 20million trees across the country.

The President of Ghana announced 10th June 2022,as a Green Ghana Day where all government workers and numerous agencies ,universities and other individuals would join to plant trees across the country.

Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies Her.E. Priscilla Vawurah Khadi has call upon all the students populace to ally with the Green Ghana Coordinators in Upper to plant some of the trees starting from UBIDS entrance to one of their lectures hall-Pavilion 1.

She wishes all the students to participate this planting project because looking at the environment we need a lot of trees to provide us shade and also to beautify the campus.

The Association of Students of Social and Development Administration (ASSDA has agreed to join Infinite Research Institute in the Green Ghana Project. This they believe will help put our Campus in the right atmosphere hence beautifying it.

The green Ghana Project is expected to come on Friday,10th of June, 2022 Nationwide but for the aspect of SRC, Infinite Research Institute, Upper West and ASSDA of the Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies will joined each other to do it at the premises of the old Wa UDS.

It is important to note that this activity using the eucalyptus trees will be done at the campus main road to the pavilion side and the Library road of the University.They called on the Students populace to assist in making this possible.
