DECLARATION OF INTENTION

Leadership is a sequel; a tenure ends and another continues. There would be gaps if this ritual is not adhered to. This has been the constant practice across the length and width of the globe.

The Students Representative Council of the SDD-UBIDS cannot be an exception. Just as the former administration handed over to the current who have served us beautifully, it would definitely relay the baton of power into the hands of another.

The good works put together by successive administrations must not be abated, abled hands must take over and work towards the attainment of a better students welfare. I, Ogah 1.Newton, a selfless gentleman full of zeal and a desire to serve the students.

I ,Ogah I. Newton, hereby declare my intentions towards the upcoming Student Representative Council Presidential election race as the next SDD-UBIDS SRC President.

As said in the words of Abraham Lincon “No man is good enough to govern another man without that other’s consent”. Inspired by these words and driven by the precept of great leadership, I present myself before you with a humble plea that you rally your support behind me in my quest to run for the high office of the SRC PRESIDENT. I am well convinced that the service you have witnessed would be continued smoothly.

I want to earnestly seek your unflinching support, love and prayers as we strive to make this stretch a beautiful place for us all.
